I’m moving out in July and looking for someone to take over my part of the lease starting late July or August 1st. It’s a three bedroom apartment with one shared bathroom. The apartment is 2 stories and all bedrooms are on the second story. The apartment has a backyard and one shared parking spot with one of the roommates. It’s a pretty decent sized room. It will fit a full sized bed with a desk and dresser.
The girls are in their early twenties. Usually everyone is out and about for the most part. Everyone is super nice and chill and keep to themselves. This apartment would be perfect for someone attending USD because it’s 5min drive away!
