**Seeking a new roommate! Private bedroom is available with a roomie closet in the lower unit of this duplex house. Shared full bathroom (located in between the two bedrooms, separated by hallway) **In-unit washer + dryer (in the basement), the dryer isn’t great but the landlord installed drying racks **Single driveway that can fit up to 4 cars (street parking is also an option, but it usually fills up pretty quickly) **Quiet street in Lakewood, close walk to CVS, Lucky’s Market, Chipotle, Flower Child Vintage (my favorite Lakewood spot), etc. **A/C units installed in the shared living room and the bedroom listed for rent (can be taken out by request) **Place has a lot of charm, from the pink bathtub, the laundry chute, checkered kitchen floors, and the built-in shelves in the dining room. **Nice porch area + small but cute backyard area **Landlord pays for water and sewage, and she takes care of the lawn work. Bills (gas, electric, and wifi) are usually $50-75 per month **I’m good friends with the couple who lives in the upper unit (although they may move out this September) and they are quiet, friendly, and considerate

**Please note I expect the shared areas to be unfurnished. My current roommate provided all the furniture and kitchen supplies and she is taking them with her. That being said, feel free to bring anything! I plan on getting some furniture and I also love to thrift so I’m sure we can make it a cozy space!

Hi there! I’m Maria, a 25-year-old artsy gal who works in downtown Cleveland, as well as Cleveland Heights. I moved to this Lakewood apartment in the Fall of 2022 and have loved it ever since. It’s an easy walk to get groceries or food, as well as to some fun spots like Edgewater Beach, the library (that’s a fun place for me), or my favorite Lakewood spot, Mahall’s. I also take the bus to downtown Cleveland and it couldn’t be easier. As for me, I’m usually quiet at first but then I open up to people easily. I’m an Aries, lover of theater, music, movies, thrifting, antiques, cats, reading, writing, and fine arts. As a roommate, I tend to be quiet and usually have headphones in when working around the house. I prefer the shared spaces to be neat and tidy, but I can get a bit messy when I’m busy or running late. I value honesty and communication, so all you have to do is speak up if you need something from me! I’ve stayed lifelong friends with all of my former roommates, and I hope to continue to do so!
