The park isn’t a typical tight packed trailer park, it’s very wooded, great place to have friends over for a BBQ. 750.00 a month with a 375.00 deposit, looking for someone who wants to stick around for 6+ months, no lease, just month to month, 30 day notice if you plan to leave is all I ask, same if asked to move out.

I am a 41 year male, I have an 8 year old son I’ll have on weekends and vacations. I work from home during the week and run a business on the weekends. I don’t smoke anything, but don’t mind if you do, but it must be outside. Open to male or female roommates. Im just looking for someone who doesn’t bring drama and can pay there bills.
