Almond Road

The townhouse is located in the gated community in the Coronado homes on Twin Oaks walking distance from CSUSM. We live in a really quiet and safe neighborhood with pool and gym access. We have a washer and dryer in the garage as well as an extra refrigerator for food. The room has its own private bathroom with a large walk in closet. The room is located on the second floor next to the kitchen and outdoor patio. The house is a total of three rooms and 3 1/2 baths. Every floor has its own room with its own bathroom. The living room has a fireplace and the dining room has an outdoor patio with a grill. The kitchen is very big with plenty of room for food and storage if you love to cook as much as we do. So far it’s my wife and two young daughters as well as a roommate who works full time as a dental hygienist. We are all really clean and respectful and we all look after each other. We enjoy cooking and grilling on the weekends. I am the Vice President of a security company in Carlsbad and was born here in San Diego. I have a stay at home wife who is originally from central Mexico and loves to cook, she cleans and looks after the house when she isn’t out running errands. Our daughters are respectful and really down to earth and attend Double Peak Elementary just up the road.
