Entertainment:

So in my place I have:

• 65 inch OLED TV

• PS5

• 7.1 Klipsch surround sound

• Netflix/Hulu/Peacock

• 1Gb/s fiber internet

The apartment complex has amazing hot tubs that I go to every once in a while. They also have a gym and 3 huge pools. The windows are double pane so you don’t have to worry about your music being too loud. There’s also cool study centers if you just wanna get out of the apartment for a change of scenery without having to drive somewhere.

Food:

Okay so, I have a 5 X 8 foot freezer stacked with meats that have been vacuum sealed. We have all the food we can eat. So in addition to saving money living here, you also won’t have to buy food because I have enough to last easily a year on its own. I also cook very often and I don’t mind cooking for us at all. I can make all kinds of different Asian foods (like Japanese curry, butter curry, sweet and spicy chicken/rice, adobo, etc), as well as standard steaks and burgers, pancakes, brownies, w/e we want I can cook it.

I have a zojirushi rice cooker, espresso machine, stand mixer, toaster, brisket slicer for Korean BBQ, hot pot cooker, slow cooker, and all the spices we could want lol. So no need for starbucks either.

Closet space:

So, I am a guy, and as such I don’t care for or use much closet space. I have 2 closets, I only need half of one lol. The one in the bedroom is a fairly large walk in closet so, that’s all yours. Feel free to use some of the hall closet as well.

Bathroom: I have a bidet that I got during covid times. As a former bidet naysayer if you haven’t tried one you’re missing out. The water is hot in the shower and the bathroom is fairly large. Again I don’t use much of it.

Location:

Its right next to Irvine Spectrum. So if you like going there to shop, its less than a 10 minute walk from my room.

I’m looking for a female roommate, but I want to be totally and completely clear, I am not asking for or expecting any sort of sexual relationship of any kind. I just get along better with females. Every roommate in college I had was female and it always worked out pretty well.

I’m in a 1 bedroom apartment in Irvine, so we’d be sharing a room. I could sleep on the couch or floor, w/e we can work it out.

Roommate relationship:

So I want this to feel like a partnership where we’re building each other up while helping each other save money and succeed in the goals we’re both chasing. I’ll cook so we don’t have to eat out, I can be there to listen and give advice, and just offer genuine friendship.That’s the kind of roommate relationship I’m seeking here.

So a bit about me, I’m a pretty normal guy. I’m a 30 year old software engineer at a pretty large company so I’m really just a big nerd. Before everything happened that put me in the financial situation I’m in, I spent my time playing games, writing code, working on side projects, and going for long drives. I don’t drink, I don’t smoke, I don’t party, no drugs, and for the foreseeable future I’m going to be working both my job as a programmer and as many other jobs as I can so its unlikely I’ll even be home much.

Temperament-wise I’m probably the most tolerant person you could ever live with lol. Most people describe me as extremely patient, calm, kind, and sentimental. I don’t complain about really anything and I’m very accommodating to your needs as well.
