This area is fully your own private space with an interior door to the entrance for privacy. The only areas shared are a short & very pleasant house entrance, and the handy laundry room (separate room) to keep you from trips to the laundromat👍. Just the 1 owner lives on the main floor. So, nice & quiet atmosphere👍☺️ Pets may be negotiated as well☺️ No smokers and no exceptions.

I am the only person in the house otherwise. I love the outdoors…running trails, SUP, hiking, camping, skiing (all types), traveling. I love a housemate with similar interests if possible and someone on the quieter side. I am very respectful of your privacy. Great neighbors and trails to walk from the house. 10 minutes to Old Town Fort Collins. Dark sky up here and no car/train noise like in town.
