room for rent in a big 5 bedroom home on a dead end st… quiet neighborhood, good neighbors, huge backyard needs a little work, access to whole house. Room isone of two basement rooms, it is extra big, with tile flooringand is unfurnished with the exception of a brand new king size mattress, if you need it. Bathroom is only shared with one person and there is a washer and dryer on site.

There are two people here, I am a 51 yr. old single female and there is a 33 yr. old male, who has the other basement room. very friendly, easy going people, looking for dependable friendly people.
