Amount of people living at the house at the time of availability will be 2 . Between my Roomate and I there are 1 cat and 1 dog, cats roam freely in the house. Dog gets along with cats, kids, and people. Contracts are Month to month but can be modify. Some utilities are included on the price (light not included on bill due to price increase on certain seasons) There is a washer and dryer available for use. Kitchen with oven, and a dishwasher. Internet is included on the bills. Currently all military members living at the house, would prefer someone with some kind of military background
