Wi-fi is $50/each, PGE varies. Garbage, recycling + water paid by landlord. Dedicated carport space for unit shared with roommate as well as additional storage space below. Close drive (within 10 min) to Muir Beach + Woods, Good Earth, and DT Mill Valley!
