Ladera Street

This apartment is super comfortable and has a small balcony overlooking the well-kept courtyard. There is a nice kitchen that is small yet super manageable. The living room is spacious and I have a very large couch in here so its great for guests! The bedroom is nice and has a window that can open and get sunlight from the courtyard. It has a closet and plenty of room for clothes and accessories. The bedroom fits a queen bed. We also share a bathroom but you have your own sink and storage area. There is a grill available at all times in the middle of the courtyard, laundry room on property, parking spot for you, great maintenance crew, easy-going yet diligent property manager, quiet place with a good amount of students. This complex has it all. The location is also outstanding. It is across the street from the community college, very close to downtown/the ocean, and also in a safe neighborhood.

I am a 24 year old who loves the outdoors, sports, gaming, cooking, and hitting the gym. I am quite active and have a job. I also own a kitten! She is the sweetest cat and very playful. I have never had an issue with her and my roommate as she is very independent. All of her stuff including litter box is kept in my room and I make sure to keep it clean.
