This is Master Bedroom room comes with attached bathroom available in 2 bedroom and 2 bathroom apartment with in house washer, dryer(i.e. laundry) and centralized Air Conditioning(and heat).The kitchen comes with refrigerator, dishwasher, microwave and an oven. The Balcony, living room and Kitchen are common spaces and had to be maintained clean. The rent doesn’t cover Utilities(Internet,Gas and Electricity) and the utilities are shared.

The community has luxury amenities such as our business center, swimming pool, 24x7 fitness center, playground, dog park Extra storage, covered parking, and professional management services on site.

Local attractions: Kimball Farm, Nashoba Valley Ski Area, Nara Park, Littleton Constitution Avenue (that Hosts lot of Restaurants, Market Basket, Indoor Rock Climbing and Oniel Cinemas) and the Quail Ridge Country Club - all within a 10-minute drive. I-495 is just an 8min drive and Boston is 40min drive from the community. P.S. • Need 1st month and last month’s rent. • You’ll be sharing the apartment with just me, just one person. • No Smoking (All the apartments are smoke-free Units).

I am PhD student and looking for a professionals or students to rent the master bedroom to share the expenses. I am a friendly and easy-going person who enjoys cooking and watching movies.
