Private bedroom and bathroom in a 1,388 sq ft home on 7,500 sq ft property. Large private backyard, 12x12 ft covered patio w small bbq grill, central heat & AC, washer and dryer, dishwasher, cable, WiFi and off street parking. Front door is protected within security bars inclosing 4x5 ft porch. Plus added security bars on all windows and back door. Bedroom is approx 14x14, furnished with queen size pillow top mattress on platform style bed, 6 drawer dresser, small bedside lamp and remote control light and ceiling fan. Also private bathroom bathtub/shower with sliding glass door, long countertop sink with cabinets, medicine cabinet and new toilet.

2 females (40+). Also a small dog. We are pretty chill and easy going. Don’t expect much— just basic ‘grown up’ responsibilities. Pay your rent on time. Don’t come in and out at all hours of the night, no sleepovers. Clean up after yourself. Ask if it’s not yours. Privacy of bedrooms. No heated arguments or raising voice in anger.
