Hello! I’m looking for someone to renew a year long lease a 1bd/1ba apartment in North Park with me. Located about a 17 min drive from UCSD and a 7 minutes drive from SDSU.

• $1125 fully furnished, shared bedroom/bathroom
• water, trash, and sewage included in rent
• other utilities (electric+gas) and internet usually around $40/50 per person per month
• 682 sqft
• 1 shared parking spot
• laundry room 20ft away from front door
• huge shared closet in bedroom
• beautiful walkable area with direct access to the 8, 15, and 805 freeways
• very chill community with nice neighbors
• lease renew begins Aug 1, 2023 (early move in available at no additional cost)

I’m looking for:

• a female-identifying individual that is clean, respectful, social, and great at communicating
• must be fine with a cat (i have an older cat that is super friendly and would not be around all the time just a month or two at a time)
