Private bedroom with shared bathroom, living room and kitchen space. Entire unit is furnished, but the bed and furniture in the bedroom can be removed if you prefer to bring your own. In-house washer and dryer. Unit has a patio with grill and seating. Kitchen has fridge, stove, and dishwasher. Dining room has a table with full set of chairs. Living room has a couch with 42“ tv.

I am the only current tenant living at this unit (I will remain so through August 2024). I work two jobs and stay at my girlfriend’s place 3-5 times a week so I do not spend much time at the apartment. I am quiet, especially at night. I am very easy going and easy to get along with. I have a lot of extra space so I figured I would see if anyone could use a place to rent that is relatively inexpensive for Iowa City.
