Unique opportunity as you will have the place for yourself most of the time. Every 3 months I spend about 7-10 days overseas. I need someone reliable who will take good care of our living space while I’m abroad.

DATES Available August 1 or earlier. Looking for 5 to 6 month lease and potentially longer.

DESCRIPTION One bedroom available. Large apartment, lots of windows and hardwood floor.

Your bedroom includes a brand new bed, new desk, new wooden drawer, an AC and window. Kitchen has brand new fridge, new floor and new refurbished oven. Cozy and clean atmosphere.

The living room has a common area with plants, books, National Geographic magazines (worked for NG overseas back in the days..) and several windows. Lots of light! Also, a common space with couch and a wooden coffee table. Turning this area into a mini theater, where we will have a projector (into Latin America cinema, documentaries and entertainment movies in general). You’re welcome to use all common areas and open to suggestions.

Only one person allowed per room. No pets. No couples. No overnight stays. Property is smoke free. Looking for quiet, clean and respectful housemate. Laundry and dryer available.

LOCATION Right across Lincoln Park (see park from our window!).

• 28 min from Manhattan/World Trade Center (cycling + PATH/subway) OR 40 min from Manhattan/World Trade Center (walking + PATH/subway)

• 7 minute drive to Holland Tunnel, Downtown NYC. 5 Minute walk to St Peter’s University.

Down the street (2 minute walk) you will have access to amenities: supermarket, restaurants, ice cream shop and much more.

Park across the street offers tennis, basketball courts, soccer and football field, lake, natural reserve and even a golf course. Farmers market during summer.

RENT PRICE $875/month, all bills included (Wifi, water, electricity, etc.). $500 security deposit. Must be financially stable, have a reliable source of income (i.e. job, student, etc).
