Alison's room

This is a great space within walking distance to Fischer Park! Very close to stores and restaurants and in a great subdivision with a community pool. The house is 3 bedrooms and 2 baths with a large living room and a den. The bedroom is furnished with a California king bed, sidetable with lamp, full closet, ceiling fan, and a Roku tv. The bedroom can also be unfurnished if that is your preference.The bathroom is not attached, however it is right across the hall and has a full shower/tub and vanity. The bathroom would be shared with my 13 year old son, but he keeps to himself and is responsible for cleaning the bathroom weekly as one of his chores. This will be a month to month rental. My lease on this house is up in July 2024. Security deposit will be given back to you in a timely manner after move out, so long as there is no damage done to the space.

My name is Ali and I am a nanny. I’ve lived in New Braunfels since early 2020 and I love this town so much. I work a typical schedule of Mon-Fri 8-5pm. I like to keep my home clean and tidy, I enjoy cooking meals during the week. My son lives with me and has his own bedroom. He is a typical teenage boy that loves football, video games, and chess. We are typically a pretty quiet household and are pretty independent, keep to ourselves. We do enjoy game nights every now and then and we spend alot of time at the river on the weekends. We also have a 6 year old male cat named Maximus. He is very tame and spends his time sleeping on someone’s bed or outside. He is treated monthly for fleas.
