About the room
Hey all, my current roommate is moving out at the first of next month so I am looking for someone to take his room. The place is a two bedroom two bathroom apt, both rooms have walk in closets and attached private bathrooms. The apartment has a washer and dryer, full kitchen and porch with grill. Rent usually averages around $850, 950 after utilities. Totally fine with LGBT folks and 4/20 (just do it on the porch). The complex is gated and I’ve never had any security issues.
About the roomies
I work as an editor and I’m trying to break into acting, I have a cat who will mostly run away from you for a while. I’m also into making my own wine and photography, both when I have time.
