About the room
This cute home in Bryn Mawr is a duplex, our unit is on the main floor. You get an {UNFURNISHED} private bedroom with private bathroom.
This unit is unique in that it was previously a separated two bedroom and one bedroom, now combined. Meaning we have two kitchens, two living rooms, two 2 season porches, 3 bedrooms, two bathrooms. There are storage units downstairs along with coin-op laundry ($2 wash, $1 dry). We have a decent size backyard where we have bonfires and get-togethers (the neighbors also join).
About the roomies
About us (your new housemates!): Ellie (25) is an artist, skateboarder, student (nursing), and rabbit mom to Conway (≈1yr old). Rylee (20) is an artist, new skateboarder, rugby player, swim instructor, and in a punk band.
NO PETS ALLOWED–Rylee and Ellie are BOTH severely allergic to cats- and the property does not allow dogs.
We both enjoy hiking, camping, clubbing, baking, and much more.
