Looking for a very clean roommate for my spare bedroom in a lovely gated apartment community by truist park. The room is furnished and comes with its own bathroom. The rest of the apartment is also fully furnished. Internet bill included, electricity bill not factored in.

I am a very clean and quiet person who works mostly from home. Looking to share my apartment with someone who is equally as clean. I respect people’s boundaries and want a roommate who does the same. This is a non smoking apartment.
