Single bedroom available for $470/month, individual lease per room, in a 4b/4b apt. Each room includes private bathroom, walk-in closet, a full size bed with mattress and box spring, a desk and a dresser.
Room available for move in date August 1st. Possibility to move in soon with July prorated accordingly. Can extend lease with landlord, rent price may change.
The common area is fully furnished with a sofa, loveseat, tv stand, coffee table, and dinning table w/4 chairs. Apartment also includes in-unit laundry closet with full size washer/dryer. The kitchen is equipped refrigerator, stove, microwave, and dishwasher.
Rent includes: utilities with $140 cap (~$45 per room), high speed wireless internet and free parking.
To claim you will need to pay a deposit of $470 and first months rent ($470). Couples are allowed to share a room (a lease), however, landlord may change rent price accordingly. Background check and co-signer (if needed) will also be requested.
Pets: Maximum of two cats or one dog allowed per room. Pet fee is a yearly fee of $60/cat and $110/dog.
Unit is located on the second floor. Near the bus route shelter and the swimming pool. Great location close to UF, Shands, supermarket, restaurants, and on great bus routes (#9, #35).
The outdoor amenities include 24-hour fitness center, sand volleyball court, basketball court, Jacuzzi and swimming pool, BBQ area, building gated security, unlimited free parking spots, weekly trash and recycling.
