I’m moving next door in a month or so and am putting feelers out for a potential roommate. I don’t have pictures yet, but will share upon getting them. It’s a 3 BR 2 BATH ranch house in Zebulon, NC on a horse farm in a private, country setting. Would have a private bathroom. Potential possibility for an office. The house is on a well and septic system so the only utility is water, internet, help with property upkeep. Would be pet friendly. I have a small dog, 20 lb yorkie pom mix - so must be good with small dogs and be current on all shots. There is a fenced in yard attached to the house. Would also be responsible for helping with yard work. I’ve lived next door for 2.5 years and it’s a beautiful, peaceful environment- my landlords bought a house so I’m upgrading and moving into their current house. 10 or 15 minutes from wendell and knightdale. 30ish minutes from Raleigh.

I am a senior marketing specialist working out of Raleigh. I work from home a few days a week and work in office a few days a week. I have a small dog named Koda. I am a homebody and love kicking back in a comfy, chill environment. I love reading, gardening, gaming, activities with my dog, and have a pretty heavy indoor plant addiction. I’m an introvert and pretty laid back, but also like having my own space and would only consider someone if we were on the same wavelength. I don’t have a lot of people in and out, and like to keep things pretty organized and tidy. I do have a full house worth of furniture, but the new house is an upgrade so will have some extra space As I said, I’m just putting feelers out for now so please message me if you’re interested!
