Hi! I have a private furnished bedroom that is available for rent ASAP in a large 1 Bedroom/1 Bath - located right in the heart of Downtown Hollywood by the Walk of Fame, about 1 block adjacent from the Chinese Theater.

-Short-term month-to-month rental is ok, but would prefer to find a suitable roommate who is looking to stay for the long-term and therefore legitimately can be added onto the lease. -The apartment has a big furnished living room with dining table that connects with the kitchen on a separate end.
-There is a full kitchen that comes with appliances such as an electrical stove, a refrigerator, a microwave, a big 3-pot slow-cooker system, a coffee brewer, as well as a 3-horsepower Blender and a Panini Press. -For the hot weather in LA, the apartment has a very effective central Air Conditioning System that can be adjusted. But I also have a separate portable AC Unit that can be used for the private bedroom, if it is wished for. -The spare amount of living essentials such as plates, utensils, cooking ware etc. are all available for you to use.
-Laundry Room with Washer and Dryer is located as a separate entity in the apartment complex - shared with the other tenants. -Tenant parking is included, as finding street parking in Hollywood otherwise is a major hassle.

Rent is $800 per month, plus utilities (electricity, water, gas and internet split evenly).

If you are working in the entertainment industry of Hollywood, or are attending any of the nearby College’s/University’s (UCLA, USC etc.), this is about as central as you can get if you’re someone who loves the social perks of the City Life. Whether you’re just looking to go for the occasional Friday/Saturday Bar crawl with some friends, or getting out there to celebrate a major event (4th of July, Halloween, St. Patrick’s etc.), you can comfortably do so without having to drive or take an Uber since a lot of the great clubs and bars are located right outside the door of your home.

I’m a Young 29-year-old, down-to-earth guy who works in the Healthcare Industry. If I am not at work, I am either grinding it out at the Gym, out running errands, at home jamming with my guitars, meal-prepping, binging tv-shows, or attending social events. Finding someone with similar interests/hobbies, who’s looking to team-up and ride for the long-term would definitely be a huge plus!

Otherwise I am very liberal whether it comes to sexual orientation/preferences, ethnic groups, or 420-related stuff. All I ask for is that you are hard-working and responsible - able to pay rent and bills on time, clean up after yourself, help out with basic household shores, and willing to undergo an appropriate background check.
