I have a couple of rooms available in Draper Utah, about 1 minute from i15. Range $800 to $2000 I have a big house of my family and I need to rent out some of the extra rooms.

Master Bedroom with Private Bathroom, and big closet. Great for couples or if someone likes a big room with a PVT bathroom. $1500

Whole or half Basement with Private Bathroom,( if rent half then shared bathroom). basement also has a Bedroom, a separate entrance, an extra TV Room, a storage room, which can be converted into the laundry room, and one art room that can be used as a kitchen or just another Bedroom. $2000

Along with these, I have 1 more bedroom with a shared bathroom. $800 The house has 3 car garage, + 1 side of the yard, and at least 6 cars can be parked in the front yard. So you can bring your friend without worrying about parking. Inclusion: Light, Water, Wifi, Shared Office room, Shared Kitchen, Shared TV / Common room, Big front, and backyard, and Parking spaces.
