Private room for rent Available for move-in on July 10th.
Moving out of my 3 bed 2 bath house in the North Park area. You would be moving in with my 2 friends, both easy-going guys in their late twenties, early thirties. Details on the house:
- 1,040 sqft 3 beds 2 baths
- In-unit washer/dryer
- Off-street parking driveway (can fit 3 cars)
- Water is included free in lease.
- Large Front deck & Large back patio
- Room comes furnished with bed, dresser, and nightstand.
- Walking distance to the main areas of North Park and Normal Heights.
- Easy access to 805
Upon signing, July’s rent will be rounded down to $600 and an $833 deposit due upon signing. Going forward in August, it will be $1225 a month. If you bring a pet, the landlord will charge an additional $70/month.
Utilities typically cost $50- $100 per month/per person for electricity/gas/internet.
About the roomies
About the roomies: Both guys you’d be moving in with are into sports, movies, working out, going to the beach, etc. House is generally quiet, well maintained, and clean. There is also one dog in the house. An 8 year old boxer. She is very nice, playful, and typically sleeps during the day.
