Community pool, right beside Bolton Park, less than five minutes from Forsyth Medical Center and less than ten from Baptist Hospital.

It’s an older house so the bathroom is small and outdated. But the flooring and paint are new and the room is a decent size. All bedrooms and both full baths are upstairs. Half bath downstairs. Washer and dryer, dishwasher, microwave, full-size fridge (no water or ice dispenser), oven and air fryer. 500MB internet through Spectrum. The room faces the back of the house and has a decent sized closet. There is no overhead light or fan as it was designed to just be a spare room. Little to no room for any additional non bedroom furniture. 75“ TV in the living room.

50+ professional. I don’t smoke and don’t entertain. It’s not because I’m anti-social but because I work a retail management schedule. I have two cats. I keep the house cool at night.

Rules: No nicotine use, anywhere inside or outside. No drinking more than a moderate amount. No overnight stays or people over without advanced notice. Must be gone from Friday afternoon until later Sunday evening on the weekends that I have my son. Background, credit, reference checks and five years of verified employment history are required.
