The street is mostly residential (families and students). Private bathroom includes shower and tub. Walk in closet in room.

You’d have one roommate (female). She has a cat. She works full time and might be returning to school in the fall. She works later hours (normally comes home around 1-2 AM). Happy to answer any questions!
