This private bedroom is 10’x11’ with a shared bathroom. The bathroom is shared by 2 very clean roommates. The room is inside of a 4 bedroom house located in a gated community in Oceanside next to El Camino High School. The house very close to multiple stores including Walmart, Target, Vons, and Ralphs. Located just 15 minutes from the beach and right off of the 76 freeway.
Two female roommates looking to fill the empty rooms in our house. We are both very clean, quiet, respectful roommates that are not home very often due to our work schedules. We both have significant others that stay with us off and on.
We are asking for the person (or people) moving in to be clean and respectful of other’s spaces.
Dogs are welcome as long as they are house trained (monthly $40 pet rent required)
