About the room
Beach style house with small patio, washer and dryer on site, utilities except cable/internet are included, room is unfurnished with hardwood floors. Will have to live around two small dogs and treat them extremely well, there is no negotiation on that.
About the roomies
I am a single father to two wonderful dogs, I keep to myself, work morning hours except weekend when I work nights. I give my dogs free reign in the house, they are very clean and potty trained, and very easy to get along with.
