The apartment is on a very safe street, with a lot of children and families near by. There is free street parking available and the road is very spacious and not your typical Boston street. We live on the second floor of a home. A cosigner would be required, as per asked by my landlord. Pets are not allowed. Our landlord is very kind and understanding, and very helpful when needed. Our common space includes a very spacious and modern kitchen, dining room, and living room. There is also a back deck with a great view of the sunset. There is a lot of natural light in the apartment as well! Your room would have 2 closets available, 2 windows, and enough room for a queen sized bed. I don’t have the exact measurements but can get them for you if requested! The bedroom photos posted are the room you would be in! Our old roommate is in the process of moving out still. The bed frame (full sized), tv stand, and bedside table will be available to you as they were lent to us by our landlord for us to use while living here. There is a washer and dryer located in the basement. We have downstairs neighbors that we share the laundry room with, and they are very quiet and considerate.

My name is Olivia and I am 23 years old and a flight attendant. My other roommate is Sophia, who is 24 years old and a union worker. We are both outgoing and kind individuals and would love a roommate that would make use of the common spaces. Sometimes we are away from home, and come back at late hours or leave for work at early hours. But when we are home we like to hang out and watch tv in our living room or cook dinner together!
