There is an upper floor and a lower floor with washer and dryer on both floors and a fully bathroom on both floors. Rent is $850 not including utilities ($25-100 per month) and this is on the lower floor. Rent is due july and the lease starts in july and need to be for a whole year. No guarantor needed. Rutgers student preferred.
