I am trying to rent out 1 single in this house on 23 Robbins Ave. The current price for the room is $800, the security deposit ($1,140) does not need to be paid fully, and the landlord is willing to compromise on it instead of causing a lot of burden on people. The room is unfurnished (no bed, no chair, etc.). The rent does not include the utilities ($25-$50 per person), but I handle all the utilities, and you would just need to send me money hassle-free. Currently, the house is all girls. The lease lasts 5 months, starting February 1st (2/1/2023 - 7/1/2023). The neighborhood is very quiet and safe and is a 5-8 minute drive to College Ave and Busch Campus. The house is a few blocks away from Easton Ave. There are 5 parking spots available along with street parking. If you don’t have a car, it is a 30-minute walk to the yard or a 10-minute bike ride.
