I have a fenced in backyard, close to downtown, bus lines and Mayo Clinic park and rides. Off street parking Big front porch and great neighbors. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. I have most everything one could need, I am willing to do month to month lease or up to 6 months lease depending on your needs.

I’m 45 years old and have my 15 year old son half of the time. I’m typically gone weekends. I’m easy going, open minded and respectful of people’s boundaries.
