I live close to downtown, bus lines and Mayo Clinic park and rides. Off street parking Big front porch,fenced in backyard and great neighbors. The room can be furnished or unfurnished, your choice. I have most everything one could need, I am willing to do month to month lease or up to 6 months lease depending on your needs.

I’m 46 years old and have my 17 year old son during the school week. We are both typically gone weekends. I’m easy going, open minded and respectful of people’s boundaries. I’m looking for a professional who either travels for work, a student or Mayo researcher, or an individual or family member in need of a room while they or a loved one needs treatments. (For example) I recently added two cats that needed a home. They are both very cute and curious.
