Nice size second floor carpeted master suite with bathroom and walk-in closet. Central air and ceiling can. Picture window with blinds and curtains. Can fit a queen size bed (or smaller )…dresser and chest. Marlton is a hub for all stores restaurants shopping centers buses that go to Phila. Train station to city is 15 mins away. Bus stop to city is a half block away. Hospital is around the corner. Walking distance to post office and shopping centers. 295 and NJ TURNPIKE is 10 mins. Away. Also moorestown and cherry hill malls 15 mins away. Best doctors from the city all have offices 10 to 15 mins. Away. Although this is a small quiet community of only 27 homes it is very spread out and in the middle of everything. Parking spot is about 20 ft from front door. Also many churches to pick from locally and in neighboring towns. I also have a deck out back which can be used.

I am the only one living in my smoke and pet free home. No children. Neat and clean. I am a friendly and relaxed senior citizen and I work 2 or 3 days a week.
