This shared residence features two bedrooms and a full bathroom. The two bedrooms and bathroom are on a separate part of the house. It is conveniently located just a 5-minute drive from Miami Dade College, 15 minutes away from FIU, 5 minutes from Tamiami Airport, and 10 minutes from Baptist Hospital. With easy access to Turnpike and 826, this location offers excellent connectivity. $1600 for both rooms.

You’ll be spoiled for choice when it comes to dining options as numerous restaurants such as Blaze Pizza, Panera Bread, Lime Grill, Two Starbucks, Panda Express, London Square Shopping center, and The Kendall Breeze Shopping center are within reach. Additionally, you’ll find two Neighborhood Publix Grocery Stores, Aldi Supermarket, and Costco within walking distance.
