Casuda Canyon Drive

Hello everybody! This condo is 5 mins away from Cal state La and is in the nice area of Monterrey Park,CA. We have a one bedroom with it’s own bathroom on the 3rd floor . The condo has two parking spaces and it is first come first, the kitchen is shared with all roommates in the second floor and we also have a patio in the second floor along with a small living room for everybody. This bedroom is very spacious with a bathroom. Utilities are not included in the rent and you are more than welcome to have small pets in your own room. Also, we don’t mind couples.

At the moment it is only two of us living in the condo. My roommate and I are in early 30’s and we are responsible along we both have a fulltime job. I work in the Supply chain industry and the other roommate is a teacher. Most of the time we are away from home because of work or we travel. We are not wild party animals but you are more than welcome to bring friends and hang out in the patio. We are only looking for serious responsible roommates such as : clean after you use the kitchen or patio or living room, be respectful with others.
