North Granite Reef Road

Hola, My home is a 2 bedroom, 3 baths split-level townhome about a mile and a half from Old Town Scottsdale. The home is approximately 2,000 ft² with the upper floors containing only two primary suites… In other words, both primary suites are about 500 ft² each (including ensuite full baths, both with dual sinks). My intention is to rent one of them and am negotiable when it comes to which of the two.

I’m a divorced dad in my early forties and my time with my children is always spent off-site. I very rarely entertain at home (once or twice a year). I travel frequently for work, sometimes as much as two business weeks per month. I don’t smoke cigarettes or use illegal drugs.
