About the room
690 square foot private house. Newly built with new appliances. 2 bedroom 1 bath with a kitchenette and living room.
This is a detached ADU in the back of an existing house. You will have your own entrance and a patio for yourself.
This is still being built (planned finish date end of August) so there are no pictures available just yet, but I will be adding once available.
You’ll be in charge of setting up your own utilities.
About the roomies
The main house is currently myself and one other person, with a cat and a dog.
The space is going to be setup in a way that we will not need to interact with (unless you want to!)
