i’m switching from a one bedroom to a two bedroom at my current complex. this would be a year lease and they require the second roommate to apply and provide proof of income just like a normal apartment (according to net income combined between the two roommates). it is not furnished apart from a sofa and a tv. wifi, utilities, & washer and dryer (i rent) will be split. i have four cats currently so no more pets :( clearly you have to be a cat lover haha! you will have your own bathroom as well. any other questions feel free to message me on here! i will note i prefer to meet up and get to know you prior to making this commitment, i’ve had some weird roommate experiences before so i’d really love to avoid that happening again!

i’m ahylaina and i’m the only other roommate! i’m enrolled at unt as a senior studying media arts. i work overnights and will be in class during the days so you probably won’t see me much. when i do have free time i love to explore new places, try new foods, listen to live music, and photograph pretty things. i’d love to find a roommate with the same interests so we can hangout!
