Hi! We are 2 students/professionals looking for a Housemate in our quiet home in Ingleside. The room is available after July 6th. Rent is $1300 a month, plus utilities (typically $100 per person). Deposit is $1000. Lease is currently month to month. A pet may be negotiable! About the house: The house is a large 3 bed, 2 bath home with ample storage space and some parking. The kitchen, sunroom, and living area are all shared spaces that receive lots of sunlight during the day. In the morning you can watch the sunrise from the deck or sunroom and listen to the birds singing from our garden. Other amenities include: ● Large garage with storage ● Washer and dryer ● Gas stove and oven ● Dishwasher ● Large garden with deck off the back sunroom ● Central heating ● Ornamental fireplace in the living room About the Neighborhood: Our home is located in the heart of Ingleside. We are walking distance to Whole Foods, nearby cafes, CCSF, and many restaurants. The house is conveniently located near SFSU, the 29 Muni line, 3 blocks to the K/T line to downtown, and Balboa Bart Station.

About the Room and Details: The room is unfurnished (photos show furnished) located in the rear of the house near the sunroom with views overlooking the beautiful garden. There is a decent sized closet, and space for a full sized bed and furniture..The nearby full bath is shared with 1 other.
