About the room
The property is 1800 sq ft. We have a garage as well as guest parking surrounding the place. A beautifully decorated kitchen, living room, dining room and laundry room. We have so much indoor and garage storage space that we can’t fill all of it! We also have a community pool and a gated backyard (that is home to some orange trees)!
About the roomies
Rylee (23) and I (28) are looking for a third Roomie! We are fun, chill, respectful, and CLEAN! Our house looks like a tropical forest (in a good way) due to all of our plant children. Although we love pets, our lease explicitly states no cats or dogs. We are trying to get the lease finalized by the end of July and the room will be available beginning of August. We are looking for someone CLEAN & RESPECTFUL :)
