The kitchen has modern stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. On the 3rd floor, there is a laundry room with full-sized washer and dryer. The home also includes an ADT security system. The condo has a private entrance and a gorgeous roof deck with a 360-degree view of the city, patio furniture, and a grill. Conveniently located in the Graduate Hospital area, the house is a 15-minute walk to Rittenhouse Square and Center City and a 25-minute walk to University City.
