Precision Drive

Parking is first come first serve, with up to 4 guest parking and easy minute walking access to 24/7 pool and patio with grill, gym, and entertainment common area with free snacks and 2 free drinks a night. 1st floor, half furnished, and all kitchen supplies. Front window and patio facing grass fields, and very quick access to building from entrance. 3 groceries stores nearby with plenty of surrounding restaurants, Horsetooth is 20 minutes along with plenty of surrounding lakes and parks, CSU is 15 minutes, and the I-25 is 3 minutes away.

It was just the 2 of us Riley, and Kylee both seen above in profile picture, we’ve been together for 3 years now and just now moving down to a 3 instead of 4 or 5 roommate situation, just trying to downsize and have a little more peace and cleanliness through the house. We both work, and tend to explore and go out more often then not, but will frequently make and share dinners we like to cook through most of the week. We have one hypoallergenic indoor cat that’s super friendly and likes to play, and aren’t currently accepting any other applications with pets. Rules and standards are pretty lax, but we share responsibilities to the best we can(we’ve tended to pick up slack), and we just ask that common areas are kept pretty clean and stuff isn’t left out too long. Just looking for a nice chill year to hopefully start improving our careers, and we can’t wait to meet anyone looking at our property.
