Sarah's room

This house is a duplex right near Wallace Park. Great, friendly neighborhood and very safe. The other unit is the home owner, a nice elderly woman. The room available has 2 corner windows and a walk in closet, it easily fits a queen size bed with bed side table, a dresser, and a small desk. The home has a spacious living and dining room, a kitchen, 1 bathroom, patio in the back, a basement, and parking (garage and driveway). I already have a couch and dining room table. There’s lots of windows and a couple skylights so there’s natural lighting during the day that brightens up the room.

I’ve been living here for 2 years with a childhood friend. She is moving to Arizona to get some more sunshine so I’m looking for someone to move into the 2nd bedroom. I’m a busy body so I like to get out of the house and explore, I do most activities with my neighbors who are friends from college or my partner and his dog. They like to spend time here as well so someone who is social and open to making new friends would be a perfect fit.
