Private room with private entrance in a 2/1 house. Shared Bathroom. Near downtown Lake Worth Beach. There is a washer and dryer, big fenced yard. Your room can be furnished or not. Short term or long term. This is for 1 person only, must be neat, love my cats, dependable, clean lifestyle, no over night guests, drugs, excessive alcohol use, felons. About me I’m mid 40 female flight attendant. quite, clean, respectful vegetarian and gone half the month for work. When I’m home I’m working on house / yard projects, hanging with my cats, gym, swimming walking.

If you want discounted rent you can take care of my cats when I’m out of town 10 + days a month. I pay $20 per day. otherwise my cat sitter will come in twice a day to feed them.
