Basement room, window, several outlets, wood flooring. Really good area, we live in a cul-de-sac near Highland High, just up the road from the heart of Sugarhouse! Upstairs we have a pretty sizeable furnished living room and kitchen, and downstairs we have a laundry room. Bathroom with shower.

4 other people, all super friendly! We usually keep to ourselves until we happen to congregate somewhere and get lost in a conversation for a couple hours. Most of us are out of the house for most of the day, if not secluded in our room. Open communication, and we respect the space.
