Spare bedroom in a 2br 1 bath apartment. Bedroom is about a 10x12, shared bathroom. Utilities usally come out to about a 100$ a month but that fluctuates so the 870$ is a estimate. There is only one parking space and I have the sticker for it but if you drive we have guest pass for guest parking spaces and there is neighborhood parking available. Apartments on the 3 floor there is a balcony so if you want to grow plants the balcony gets lots of sunlight. Indoor Pool and gym available from 10am- 10pm everyday, and we have a enclosed mail room next to the office. No smoking allowed in or around the apartment you have to go to the parking lot walkway or the street. We have space for one small dog or cat, but they must be fully trained and okay with other animals, pet deposit is 250$ My apartment requires background checks run through there system so you will have to pay them and get the check that way. The bedroom will be empty but the rest of the apartment is fully furnished I have a slew of kitchen appliances and art supplies to share!

I enjoy cooking, going outside and seeing new things, arts and crafts,I love learning about animals. Most days you can either find me sleeping or playing minecraft or reading somewhere cozy.
