Currently looking to rent out my room in a 4 bed 3 bath home right outside of Eado. Room comes with an ensuite bathroom and is fully furnished. You’ll also have full access to all of the other house amenities, including a fully stocked kitchen, high speed internet, and common room television. Looking to rent this out on a short term basis with potential for longer term to the right tenant.

Homeowner is my brother, who purchased the house 2 years ago. Other tenant is a law student and rarely home. Both of your roommates are quiet and keep to themselves, but easily approachable and conversational. I’ll be around from time to time to use the office located at the front of the house.
