Hi there! This room is in an older 2-bedroom 1-bathroom house.
The room is 100sqft small, but comfortable for 1 person. The bathroom + kitchen (you will have your own fridge) are dated, but everything you need is within. If you’re looking for a place to rest + save this place is for you !
You would be renting a private room, although you would have full access to the rest of the house. This includes a kitchen, living room with TV with a few subscriptions ( Netflix, Hulu and Prime). You will be staying with my older 90 year old father who has his own room and stays to himself.
Room doesn’t come with no furniture. Room has been remodeled.. new paint, new floors, and a door w/ a key that you can lock.
There is a space for you to place your car if you would like in the yard ( gated) . The house is located 5 minutes from I-95 and close to Hallandale Bch Blvd, Pembroke Road and US1. Highway, where you can get to just about anywhere in 20- 30 minutes.
A housekeeper will be coming in once a month for a full house clean although I expect tenets to clean up after themselves daily. This house is meant to be a safe escape that you look forward to coming home to after a long day and a space to save money in a very expensive market. You will be staying with a 90 year old man ( my dad) who likes to stay to himself. He enjoys watching his shows in the afternoon and sometimes in the evening.
My aunt or close friend comes by to drop off food at times. He likes to stay to himself, just picture a cute old man who has his own routine.
As for me, I have moved to Ohio for a job and travel home often to visit. I am my dads care-giver and take care of the house needs/
