Marquette's room

Located in Arvada, just 3.4 miles from Old Town Arvada, 10 minutes to I-70 and 15 minutes to Downtown Denver. This is a 3 bed/3 bath home with two little living areas that allow everyone to spread out and have some space. We also have an unfinished basement and a two car garage that are used for storing all of our gear. The house backs up to horse property, so despite being in the middle of town and walkable distance to Starbucks sitting out on the decks is very tranquil. If you value a calm, peaceful atmosphere were you will be valued and respected, this might be the house for you!

There are two of us girls, both in our mid-thirty’s, ideally looking for a third female roommate. Lindsey is a schoolteacher and every second of her free time is consumed with biking. From road biking to mountain biking this girl is always out on some new adventure. I work for the hospital system, Centura Health. In my free time I enjoy getting outside, hiking, riding my horse, rock climbing and camping. We are not partiers, and most nights you can find us at the gym or snuggled up on the couch with a book.
