About the room Updated townhouse in Arbutus. The basement is mine. This room is the middle size of 3 in the upstaires. A fridge is available to share with your roommates. THIS IS NOT A PARTY HOUSE. An outdoor hot tub is also available during warm months, by appointment. Walking distance to downtown movie theater, snowball stand, pubs and shopping. Walk the opposite direction to the library or UMBC main campus. The Metro is about a mile and a half away. Hang out in the den or patio. Cook on marble counters and a gas stove. Fenced back yard. Your space has new floors and paint. I live and work here with my cat and my dog.

I am a recently retired music teacher who teaches part-time in Virginia. My female roomie is 45. We are both early risers. I enjoy hanging in the yard, reading and sewing. I am outgoing. I enjoy socializing with the neighbors. I love where I live and I don’t want to move. I am in the process of downsizing and making my home more comfortable for myself and my housemates.
